The total rental fee, including all applicable taxes, is due at the time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if the rental fee is not received by the due date. If you cancel your reservation, we will refund the rental fee, less a cancellation fee which is equal to [insert percentage or amount]. The cancellation fee will increase as the start date of the rental approaches.
The Guest agrees to leave the Property in the same condition as when the Guest arrived. The Guest is responsible for any damages or extra cleaning required as a result of the Guest’s stay.
