You are free to cancel anytime up to 24 hours before your check in date. If you cancel after the 24 hours you will be required to pay 25% of your stay.
We have so many guests in and out all the time that we cannot allow animals to stay. People with allergies appreciate this greatly (including myself). There will be a $400 pet fee assessed if this rule is broken.
We love children of all ages & welcome them, however, our home is not baby/child proof. We do provide a high chair and kids plates with utensils also.
We can sometimes be flexible on arrival and departure dates and times. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 10am. Please advise your requirements at the time of booking and we will confirm if it’s possible to accommodate a later check-out if you need it. At 2pm on the day of check-in you will receive a message with the directions to the property and the door code.
